9. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions are null and void, they will be removed from them, while the remaining provisions will remain fully in force and produce their effects.

This contract will be governed by Portuguese law and will be interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law, in accordance with contracts entered into and executed in this country. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, any conflicts and disputes of any nature relating to the formation, execution, or interpretation of this Agreement will be definitively resolved by the Judicial Courts of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other.
