The support was great. At first there was a misunderstanding which was amicable resolved. They are always on the move trying to get the best deals for the clients. Their intermediary role between the house seller, the house buyer and the bank is simply awesome.

After an initial email inquiry, Rita responded very quickly to plan a visit. She also provided me with all the necessary information about the house before the viewing.

As a foreigner in Portugal (who doesn't speak Portuguese very well;)), it was a pleasant experience communicating in English with Rita. This makes things so much easier!

After the first viewing, she was very helpful, providing me with all the information about the buying/selling process and due to quick and transparent communication, we were able to move forward quickly. Additionally, after the contracts were signed, she was always available to help me with any questions or help when needed.

Meanwhile, I've been living in this beautiful place for a few months and it meets all expectations!
