To gain access to this exclusive service, Zome real estate consultants must be duly certified by the Institute for Sustainable Construction (ICS of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP);(ICS) of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) in the Capacity Building for Real Estate Verification course.
Verification process
Using a technological platform built from scratch and exclusive to Zome, the consultants record the state of the property in detail, generating a comprehensive report that provides a clear and detailed overview for both buyers and owners.
